AMS OCCUPATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM × DIGCOMP 3.0 AT
Occupational profiles and learning outcomes Over 500 AMS core occupations ("Stammberufe") have been classified within the Berufsinformationssystem (BIS) of the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS) (opens in new tab) along the six competence areas of DigComp 2.3 AT, and are therefore compatible with DigComp 3.0 AT — for each area, with a range of two NQF-oriented DigComp AT competence levels and a competence description formulated by the AMS itself. This application cross-references these classifications with the 30 individual competences, the level-specific competence statements, and the learning outcomes based on Digital Competence Model for Austria: DigComp 3.0 AT (2026) | Medienimpulse (opens in new tab) : select an occupational profile and you get the AMS competence description along with the matching DigComp competence statements and learning outcomes at the relevant competence levels — in other words, concretely what a person in that occupation should be able to do digitally.
