DigComp 2.3 AT was developed by fit4internet with the participation of renowned experts from educational research, labour-market policy, digitalisation, innovation and media policy, law and economic research. DigComp 3.0 AT builds on the same logic, research results and practical experience – in close alignment with the European DigComp 3.0 framework (Cosgrove & Cachia, 2025).
This tool is a visualisation of the DigComp 3.0 AT publication data, operated by Talentary.x in partnership with fit4internet on the basis of the publication DigComp 3.0 AT (Domany-Funtan et al., 2026). It is not the official publication itself.
This tool visualises data from the publications “Digitales Kompetenzmodell für Österreich – DigComp 3.0 AT (2026)”, “DigComp 3.0 EU” (Cosgrove & Cachia, 2025) and “Nationaler Referenzrahmen für Digitale Kompetenzen” (Bundeskanzleramt, 2026).
